I had a flat tire and called my roadside to change it, which they did. Unfortunately, my spare was nearly flat as well. I work at the hospital and there was no way I would have made it 40+ miles home on the low tire, or even to a gas station with an air pump. I stopped here on recommendation, and without hesitation the gentlemen up front arranged for me to pull around and have air put in. The gentleman in the back was so kind and helpful and checked all of my tires and filled them without me wven getting out. Additionally they would not accept payment for anything. I am so appreciative!

Recently had a couple of wheel studs replaced, as well as all 4 rotors and brake pads. They will allow you to bring your own parts within reason (no warranty obviously). The mechanics are competent and do good work. Prices are very reasonable. Dan and Brian (front office) know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to return for any future repairs and would highly recommed Otto Kihm for your auto repair needs.

Customer service is everything! I called to get 2 tires put on. I needed them put on today. They couldn't fit me in which is understandable on such short notice. However, my reason for leaving this review, is because they suggested another company for me to go to. WHO DOES THAT!? Most businesses would never help you out by telling you to go to another place! They didn't care that they weren't getting my business today, they just wanted to help me get my tires put on! THAT is how you get a good reputation, by literally just showing a little bit of care for customers. And while they didn't get my business, they got a 5 star review for the help and great customer service. If I didn't need to have the tires put on today, I'd wait just so they could get my business. Awesome!

Very respectable and reputable shop. Mechanics are friendly and will help you as best as they can. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. After going to another shop in battle creek who said there was nothing wrong with my truck while the steering wheel was vibrating when braking, I brought it in to Otto Kihm who diagnosed the issue and replaced the front brakes and rotors due to warp and I haven't had any issues since with steering vibrations.

It was super late at night. We were driving home to Wisconsin from near Detroit when our alternator gave up. We were towed to the nearest AAA approved garage and that was these guys. We left our van and got a hotel. I called them right away in the morning to let them know what was going on. I was terrified we would be trapped in a hotel for days but They were SO kind and quick about getting the van looked at and fixed at a VERY reasonable price. I 100% recommend this business!

I recommend Otto Kihm to everyone. They are the perfect example of great customer service and are always reasonably priced. I?m talking hundreds of dollars less than other places quotes. One example of their excellent customer service is when I got new tires put on my car there. I ended up hitting a pothole and getting a flat tire the week after getting my new ones out on. Otto Kihm replaced the tire for free. Another example of them being accommodating is they will allow you to bring your own part in and only pay for labor, which is rare to find these days. Also, they don?t play the run around game of trying to scam you to make more money. They simply tell you the truth so that you know what is going on with your vehicle. Again, so rare to find these days. Seriously, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
